The ECU production module is a key part of EcuServis's internal admin, developed to replace the inadequate TDIS system.
Unlike mass production, this system focuses on individual control unit repairs that need flexible workflows and advanced automation.
The module lets technicians record times, enter material usage, change order statuses, and generate documents and outputs for customers – including repair reports and ongoing order status tracking. The system actively helps decision-making with automated decision trees and predictive logic, increasing work efficiency and reducing errors.
