Since 2025 I have been working as a backend developer at Favi, a European online search engine for furniture and home furnishings that connects millions of products from thousands of e-shops across European markets.

I work on a large modular monolith built with PHP and Symfony. My work includes asynchronous data processing with RabbitMQ, indexing and search on top of Elasticsearch, and development of both internal and public parts of the platform. We put strong emphasis on code quality: unit tests, static analysis (PHPStan) with custom rules, code reviews, and a GitLab CI/CD pipeline.

Ecuservis is a specialized website for repair and exchange requests of car control units. It's not a classic e-shop, but a system where the customer picks a service (repair or exchange) and then physically sends the part for evaluation and service. The site currently has over 20,000 products and is available in four language versions.

The frontend is designed for this business type – focusing on clarity, conversion paths, and SEO optimization for different language markets.

The ECU production module is a key part of Ecuservis's internal admin, developed to replace the inadequate TDIS system.

Unlike mass production, this system focuses on individual control unit repairs that need flexible workflows and advanced automation.

The module lets technicians record times, enter material usage, change order statuses, and generate documents and outputs for customers – including repair reports and ongoing order status tracking. The system actively helps decision-making with automated decision trees and predictive logic, increasing work efficiency and reducing errors.

Ecuexchange.cz is a B2C e-shop focused on direct sales of refurbished control units. Unlike ecuservis.eu, which works on request and repair, Ecuexchange is designed as a classic shopping cart with instant ordering.

The site runs on a simplified architecture but uses the same internal framework I built for admin management. The admin is connected not only to the ERP system (Pohoda, Helios) but also to the ECU production module, from which it gets information about availability, repair status, or product history.

The site is available in multiple language versions and is planned to expand to other markets. The project also includes connection to various marketplaces and management of product feeds and ad campaigns.

Web app for client Fohet that lets users design their own solar solution for a family house directly on a map.

The user enters an address, selects a roof, marks the installation area, and picks panel type – the app then automatically calculates:

• expected power for each month,
• annual efficiency,
• return on investment and total cost.

Once the configuration is complete, the app generates a PDF output and saves the configuration in the system for further processing.

In cooperation with Remante, I develop and maintain the developer framework for building admin panels and B2B systems, which serves as a unified base for over ten projects. The original jQuery-based system I gradually rewrote into a modern SPA application in Vue 3 with emphasis on component design, clean UX, and reusability.

This platform also includes the standalone shared library (shared library), which contains common functions, helper tools, data models, and API clients used across all Remante apps. The library ensures consistency, speeds up development, and simplifies change management in all systems.
